Terms of Sale

Every order on this site is sold by GMG Partners, LLC, doing business as WAC Supply Co., of Murrieta, California. That company is the seller of record, the merchant on your card statement, and the party responsible for your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we accept it by shipping your order. If we cannot fill an order — the run has sold out, an item is unavailable, or a price was published in error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We have not charged you for something we cannot send.

We may limit or refuse an order, including orders that look like resale or fraud, and orders to an address we do not ship to.

Prices are in US dollars and include the tools listed on the page. The introductory and early-bird prices are limited to the quantities stated on each kit — the first 400 Marine kits, the first 500 House kits, the first 500 Garage kits — and end when that run is sold. The price you are charged is the price shown at checkout when you pay.

The struck-through “value” figure beside a kit price is the sum of the individual items in that bag at the prices shown in this catalog. It is what the contents come to, not a former selling price.

Modules and individual tools are sold as add-ons to a kit order. They are not sold on their own, and an order containing no kit will not be accepted.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and collected where we are registered to collect it.

Shipping, delivery times and the Alaska, Hawaii and international rules are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Your right to return an unused kit within 14 days, and what happens if something arrives damaged, is set out in Returns & Refunds. Both pages form part of these terms.

These are hand tools. Use them for the job they are made for, wear eye protection where it is sensible, and keep them away from children. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by using a tool beyond its rated capacity, or by modifying one.

The WAC Supply Co. name and logo, the photography on this site and the catalog are ours. The vertical module and kit organisation system is the subject of a pending United States patent application. Nothing here grants you a licence to copy the system, the artwork or the copy.

Beyond the refund and replacement rights described on this site, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost work, lost time, or a job that had to wait.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under California or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Riverside County, California.

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you placed it.
