Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is free on every Go Bag kit, and anything you add to a kit order ships with it at no extra charge.

Alaska and Hawaii: we do ship there, but not free. A 32 lb kit costs several times more to send, so we will email you the shipping cost for your address and wait for your go-ahead before the order leaves. Your card is charged for the kit at checkout; shipping is quoted separately.

Outside the United States: we do not ship internationally at this time, and checkout will not accept an address outside the US. This includes freight forwarders.

Orders leave our bench in 3 to 5 business days. Each kit is checked against its packing list before it is boxed, which is the part that takes the time.

We ship UPS Ground. Transit is typically 1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from Southern California. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

You will get a tracking number by email when the label is made. If it has been more than five business days and you have heard nothing, email us and we will tell you exactly where your order stands.

Please check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will contact you and re-send it once you cover the second shipping cost.

UPS Ground does not deliver to PO boxes. Please give us a street address.

If a kit arrives damaged, keep the box and the packing material, photograph what you received, and email us within 14 days. We will replace the damaged item at our cost. See Returns & Refunds.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and is collected only where we are registered to collect it. The tax shown on the payment page is the tax you are charged.
