Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused kit or add-on for a full refund of what you paid for it. Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for. If something arrived damaged or faulty, that is on us and we will put it right at our cost.

Anything still in unused, resalable condition, with its racks, holders and packaging. Tools that have been used, marked, sharpened or modified cannot be returned, and neither can a kit that comes back missing pieces — we sell complete kits, so a kit short a socket is no longer a kit.

Unpacking a kit and looking at it is not using it. Take it out, handle it, decide it is not for you, and put it back — that is a return we accept.

Email WAC@WACSupplyCo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you want to send back. We will reply with the return address and confirm what to include. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.

Pack it so it survives the trip, and use a service with tracking. Until it reaches us it is still your parcel, and we can only refund what actually arrives.

Once the return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the full purchase price of what you sent back, including the sales tax you paid on it, to the card or payment method you used. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. How long it then takes to show on your statement is up to your bank — usually another 5 to 10 days.

Return shipping is not refunded. Kits ship to you free, but that freight is a real cost we have already paid, so a change-of-mind return means you cover the journey back.

This is different, and it is our problem, not yours. If a kit arrives damaged, a tool is faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of what you received. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the shipping in both directions. Keep the original packaging until we have sorted it out.

Orders leave in 3 to 5 business days. If you email us before your kit ships we will cancel it and refund you in full, no questions. After it ships it becomes a return under the terms above. See Shipping & Delivery.
