Privacy Policy

WAC Supply Co. is a registered fictitious business name of GMG Partners, LLC, in Murrieta, California. When this policy says “we”, it means that company. We are the business responsible for the information described below.

To fill your order: your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. We cannot ship a kit without them.

Payment details: your card number never reaches this website. Payment is taken by Stripe, which handles the card details directly and tells us only that a payment succeeded, for how much, and where to ship. We never see or store your full card number.

If you email us: whatever you put in the email, including any photographs you send us. If you send a before-and-after photograph for the site, we ask in the same email whether we may publish it, and we publish nothing without a yes.

Site measurement and advertising: we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether an advert led to a sale. These set cookies and share activity on this site with those platforms. They do not receive your name or address.

Your order lives in our Stripe account rather than on this website — this site does not keep its own copy of your order or your address. Email we exchange with you lives in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Both are held only as long as we need them for the order, our tax and accounting records, and any warranty or return that follows.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address. We do not send marketing email to customers who have not asked for it. We share your details only with the companies that make the sale work: Stripe to take payment, and UPS to deliver the box.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing WAC@WACSupplyCo.com. We will answer within 30 days. Some records — a completed sale, for instance — we have to keep for tax purposes even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.

You can refuse analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit advertising tracking in your Google and Meta account settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

This is a shop selling hand tools to adults. We do not market to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.
